DEar Nils,

It looks like you are set for October 7.  Let me know your
precise travel arrangements when they are available and
I will arrange hotel, airport pick up, etc.

It is best to fly into Sacramento (20 minutes from Davis)
as opposed to San FRancisco (90 minutes away).  I think
there are direct Santa BArbara-Sacramento flights.
